Terms & Conditions — Webfix Agency

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Webfix Agency for services or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Webfix Agency provides web development, design, SEO, marketing, and maintenance services as described in individual project proposals and statements of work.

3. Project Engagements

Each project is governed by a separate proposal or contract specifying scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. These terms supplement, not override, those individual agreements.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise specified. Most projects require a deposit before work begins. Late payments may incur interest charges. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. Webfix Agency retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it solely for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of any project agreement.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant our work will be performed with professional skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, or revenue results, as these depend on factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Webfix Agency's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are payable. Deposits are non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Webfix Agency's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration where possible.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
